This review is not about the food or service. Only the facility. Stopped here for a 10-100 (pee pee) on my way up to North Creek. The bathroom was clean and well kept. The toilet was free of errant urine and stray hairs. The toilet paper was halfway decent and the toilet had a strong flush. The hand dryer was sub par as you needed to hold the button for it to stay on.

They gave me wrong order. Called in and manager was rude and a jerk. Never going back. Go somewhere else.

As most people who sometimes find themselves short on time, the American thing to do is head to McDonald's to grab some quick, deliciously greasy and calorie unfriendly food. This McDonald's is NOT one I would recommend for that quick meal on the go. NOT. AT. ALL. Every time I've come here, I've always walked away with something wrong with my order. Whether it's missing food, being overcharged, or my special orders not being so "special." Simple orders are messed up. Complicated orders are REALLY messed up, and even just a simple large coffee with cream and sugar, is incorrect. I'm not sure if the people being hired here are just moronic, or they purposely tamper with the order (which at times it honestly feels like). Tonight was my final straw with this McDonald's. All I wanted was to bring home a few $1 Menu Hot Fudge Sundae's, A McFlurry, and one Large Coffee. That did not happen. I asked for some extra hot fudge on the Sundae's, and received barely any for the up charge. The peanuts for the Sundae's were missing, and I only received two spoons for four Sundae's. The McFlurry I got for myself was a regular sized Oreo one, with hardly any Oreo in it, and instead of giving me the Regular size that I was charged for, they gave me a small. The Large coffee I asked for three Splenda and light with cream. It was black. They can never get anything right. If you're truly in the mood for McDonald's, go to the Exit 9 McDonald's across from Ruby Tuesday and Panera. I've never had a problem there and I receive what I pay for.

This is by far one of the worst McDonald's I have ever had the displeasure of living near. *disclaimer* I actually like McDonald's food. This is not about the food, it's about the service. I've eaten the cheeseburgers and loved them since I was a child. Up until very recently I never even tried anything else. That said, the food at the Exit 8 McDonald's is rarely as good as other stores. And my main McDonald's source growing up was the one on Broadway in Watervliet (which has improved immensely since the early 90s.) My main complaint is about the service at this location. Or, I should say, the extreme lack there of. I get that it's a fast food joint but this place is just ridiculous. For the 3rd time in 2 months my boyfriend and I decided to do something easy for dinner and picked up McDonald's from this location. And for the 3rd time in 2 months our order was missing a main component of a meal. (I know, I know you should ALWAYS check the bag. He forgets!) We don't go back because it's so not worth our $4 and we're not people who like confrontation. I did however confront them when last summer I ordered a cheeseburger and medium fry. Got home and guess what? The actual CHEESEBURGER was missing from my sandwich. The manager was more than happy to replace and she herself could not believe it. She blamed the "dumbass teenagers" she had working in the back. ...yes, I'm telling the truth. I mean, c'mon, how hard is it to get that right? That's literally the"restaurants" sole purpose in this world. That said, it's a friggin' McDonald's. What do you expect? I'd love to go to corporate on this stuff but instead I came here because Yelp felt the need to remind me that I should review something again. My burger tonight was awesome though, thanks!

It is the WORST fast food and you never get what you order without having to go back or suck it up and deal with it. We live round the corner and like McDonald's but this place takes the crappy service and cold food winner!!!! Save your money and get off at exit 9 and find something better!!!!
